Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cãlin Damaschin was a little too slow when Mariano Lacasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Cãlin Damaschin made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 18 minutes, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CERRO PORTEÑO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 21st minute of play. Paulo Maldini made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Felix Garrido. A sloppy throw-in by Paulo Maldini in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Felix Garrido. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis. But to his dismay, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Fontirroig in the 52nd minute of play. After some careless play in the CERRO PORTEÑO defense, Guillermo Fontirroig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cãlin Damaschin. The CERRO PORTEÑO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cãlin Damaschin should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thiago Pliego. That made the score 2-2 after 55 minutes of play. Cãlin Damaschin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 3-3. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis tried to sneak it across the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Paulo Maldini got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 70th minute of play. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cãlin Damaschin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 80th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. CERRO PORTEÑO made a substitution. 王树帆 replaced Alan Paredes. CERRO PORTEÑO's Moreno Martins was substituted for 任棋振. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin managed to reach the ball for a save. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by 王树帆 in the 92nd minute.
