Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Geralt Wilk took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mitschullen SSA's Bernard Blochowiak quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 4th minute of the game. In the 6th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Geralt Wilk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mitschullen SSA booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Geralt Wilk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geralt Wilk in the 18th minute. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Geralt Wilk scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Geralt Wilk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 4-0 in the 24 minute of play. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Mitschullen SSA's Geralt Wilk. But to his dismay, Geralt Wilk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 43 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geralt Wilk. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geralt Wilk in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute of the game Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in which Juan Rubio played forward. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Geralt Wilk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Geralt Wilk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hieronim Sobania fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mitschullen SSA's protests and gave Hieronim Sobania a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Mitschullen SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Sobania didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haluk Özdil in the 65th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Geralt Wilk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Geralt Wilk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geralt Wilk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 73 minutes into the game, Geralt Wilk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Geralt Wilk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geralt Wilk in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geralt Wilk's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Haluk Özdil came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mitschullen SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haluk Özdil couldn't finish the play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geralt Wilk in the 88th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis.
