After 45 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Moore. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aleks Vaskov in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. A collision led to Бенковски Тетевен getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Francisc Turcu hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Khalid Parry kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ni Guang Yong. That made the score 4-4 in the 84 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleks Vaskov in the 87th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ni Guang Yong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Бенковски Тетевен's Aleks Vaskov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. Ni Guang Yong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ni Guang Yong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Many of USA's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. USA may have spent more time on the ball, but Бенковски Тетевен were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
