Marian Dombroski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Al Wieczorek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Dombroski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marian Dombroski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolai Incorvaia in the 31st minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Trójmiasto górą !'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Marian Dombroski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrey Nenkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolai Incorvaia came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrey Nenkov scored 2-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Al Wieczorek in the 95th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trójmiasto górą !'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
