Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Falckner FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The throw-in from Camilo Gisbert in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Falckner FC's Urbano Shantala. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Loco De la Maza in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Gianluca Vialli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gianluca Vialli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loco De la Maza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gianluca Vialli kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Vialli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loco De la Maza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes Falckner FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Loco De la Maza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34thth minute of the game Felix Montes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Vialli, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Urbano Shantala kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Gianluca Vialli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falckner FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Falckner FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gianluca Vialli hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damaso Inge during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes Falckner FC got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Inge. Loco De la Maza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Vialli made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loco De la Maza having to interfere. Segundo San Segundo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Falckner FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loco De la Maza came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play. Gianluca Vialli scored 1-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Falckner FC were awarded a corner. Marco Bilbo went to the cornerflag to take it. Falckner FC's Marco Bilbo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 86th match minute, Falckner FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gianluca Vialli to maneuver through the defense. Loco De la Maza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Gianluca Vialli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chants of Falckner FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ecuador had held the ball for most of the match.
