Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Tello AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, Emanuel Vollens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dalmacio Pello was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hong Yi Yang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uriel Cordearo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mexico had won after a very even match.
