An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 13th minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dabi Vila in the 19th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Los once leones Ourense's Pablo-Enrique Alabern. But to his dismay, Pablo-Enrique Alabern quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Dabi Vila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. A hard shot 26 in the game by Nereo Cacheres from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. 27 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Dabi Vila came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Cacheres in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los once leones Ourense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. In the 42nd minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 45th minute of the match. Nereo Cacheres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dabi Vila to make the kick off. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Cacheres in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albano Unzueta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Edelmiro Calvo took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 73 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Calvo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edelmiro Calvo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Albano Unzueta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 87thth minute of the game Pablo-Enrique Alabern who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raúl Ramis kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Sebastián Paz got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nereo Cacheres. Dabi Vila took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Guillermo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
