Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Roberto Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, F.C. Sant Sabo's Roberto Mata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 11th match minute, F.C. Sant Sabo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aadu Uluk to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio-André Taffarel. F.C. Sant Sabo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Roberto Mata blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. F.C. Sant Sabo's Cláudio-André Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Roberto Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match F.C. Sant Sabo got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raúl Dagora ran over to the corner to take the kick. Camilo Gaos tried in the 32nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Jonathan Ferrant a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-1. In the 34th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Sant Sabo's Cláudio-André Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of play. When Mazuste Flores fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Sant Sabo's protests and gave Mazuste Flores a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sant Sabo's Mazuste Flores got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mazuste Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

55 minutes into the game, F.C. Sant Sabo's Melquiades Lizar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Melquiades Lizar put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Cláudio-André Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Melquiades Lizar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Lizar in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazuste Flores in the 76th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cláudio-André Taffarel. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. F.C. Sant Sabo's Raúl Dagora got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Cláudio-André Taffarel made a huge save. Melquiades Lizar took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Melquiades Lizar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C. Sant Sabo fully deserved thier win.
