Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Gaona made the kick off which started today's match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Nișu in the 4th minute of play. Manuel Espagnet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Alexander Driel charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Driel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lyon Olympique 69! Manuel Espagnet had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Joel Gaona's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Yuma Roekito kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 12thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Mexico's keeper Dante Lacasa was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Manuel Espagnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 13th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yuma Roekito in the 15th minute. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Espagnet having to interfere. In the 19th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Espagnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuma Roekito. Manuel Espagnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Lyon Olympique 69's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Manuel Espagnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Yuma Roekito got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cezar Nișu, made in the 28th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezar Nișu in the 30th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Espagnet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 36th minute of play forced Lyon Olympique 69's goalkeeper Manuel Espagnet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Toni Dean came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Lyon Olympique 69 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toni Dean couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Manuel Espagnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Espagnet having to make a save. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Espagnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lyon Olympique 69's goalie and right to Luca Rouco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lyon Olympique 69's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Espagnet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Manuel Espagnet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Manuel Espagnet was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Lyon Olympique 69's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Espagnet came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Lyon Olympique 69's goalkeeper Manuel Espagnet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. 86 minutes into the game, Nicolas Biard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lyon Olympique 69's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lyon Olympique 69's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Manuel Espagnet despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Felix Luque charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Luque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lyon Olympique 69's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
