With a left leg Lucian Mitrofan saved Alpargatas FC from getting behind. After 95 played minutes Alpargatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Duarte. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Venezuela had won after a very even match.
