Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michael Iurisch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Michael Iurisch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dariusz Praski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Michael Iurisch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Michael Iurisch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Praski got free with Julio Vera in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Jagiellonia Bialystok's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Iurisch came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Jagiellonia Bialystok's Dariusz Praski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Jagiellonia Bialystok's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Iurisch came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michael Iurisch. Michael Iurisch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 37thth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jagiellonia Bialystok's Michael Iurisch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Iurisch saved Jagiellonia Bialystok from getting behind. The supporters of Jagiellonia Bialystok booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Dariusz Praski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Napoleon Dziatkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-3 in the 46 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Napoleon Dziatkowski to make the kick off. When Jagiellonia Bialystok's Dariusz Praski in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Jagiellonia Bialystok's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. After taking down the ball on Jagiellonia Bialystok's corner Fabian Sienkiewicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. After 61 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Michael Iurisch tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fabian Sienkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Iurisch made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Dziatkowski in the 72nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Dziatkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Praski in the 78th minute of play. Michael Iurisch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Iurisch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Napoleon Dziatkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jagiellonia Bialystok's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Dziatkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Praski in the 93rd minute of the match. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador played a much better game than Jagiellonia Bialystok and deserved their victory. The Jagiellonia Bialystok players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
