Benjamin Vollmaris kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Demis Grigoriadis came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the RO Army V55 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demis Grigoriadis couldn't finish the play. Alexandros Iordanidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Rostholm's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Olcay Bozkurt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nichlas Vesterdahl was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olcay Bozkurt in the 28th minute of the match. Alexandros Iordanidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Rostholm went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Junior in the 38th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rene Rostholm received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexandros Iordanidis came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Rostholm slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 41st minute. RO Army V55's Alexandros Iordanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 46th minute of play. If Rene Rostholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Rostholm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, RO Army V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestoras Karabidakis to maneuver through the defense. If Vinícius Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, RO Army V55's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Rostholm came free, but Alexandros Iordanidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Arthur Shelby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. RO Army V55 made a substitution. Edgardo Ugutz replaced Olcay Bozkurt. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. But to his dismay, Edgardo Ugutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Kalantas in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Junior. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Vinícius Junior managed to get in a good position for a shot. RO Army V55's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinícius Junior was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nichlas Vesterdahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Grisha Mbappè got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute of the match, Vinícius Junior got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nichlas Vesterdahl was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
