Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. In the 17th minute, Lautaro Puig made a precise shot to the right of Ragnar Hagberg. Cheeky Nuts United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Ragnar Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Lautaro Puig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ragnar Hagberg. Cheeky Nuts United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Puig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cheeky Nuts United's Kristian Amdal. Cheeky Nuts United's Kristian Amdal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 46 minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eliseo Noboa 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Ragnar Hagberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Ragnar Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Hagberg made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Juan Rubio sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Ragnar Hagberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 79th minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Ragnar Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Hagberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseo Noboa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 82 minute of play. Ragnar Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Alcocer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ragnar Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Costa Rica supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Costa Rica would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
