Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Graciano Teruel started the match with the kick off. Arturo Carvallo made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by UNITED's Samuel Arraz. After a rather tough play, UNITED's Samuel Arraz got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. UNITED's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Berenguer Tolosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Graciano Teruel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graciano Teruel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro Morata charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvaro Morata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco got a free kick in the 16th minute. Berenguer Tolosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Cazalla in the 19th minute of the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berenguer Tolosa having to interfere. Graciano Teruel scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in UNITED's zone, Maximiliano Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berenguer Tolosa came out of the goal and Maximiliano Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 36th minute of play forced UNITED's goalkeeper Berenguer Tolosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of UNITED booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berenguer Tolosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. UNITED's attentive Thomas Izaguirre managed to snatch the ball when Arturo Carvallo made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berenguer Tolosa having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. UNITED's Graciano Teruel got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Graciano Teruel came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, UNITED's goalkeeper Berenguer Tolosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Francisco Seco hit a great ball. The supporters of Uruguay booed when UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eder Saavedra didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenguer Tolosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by UNITED's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, UNITED's goalkeeper Berenguer Tolosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Arturo Carvallo's late challenge caught a UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Carvallo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arturo Carvallo hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Graciano Teruel notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. UNITED's attentive Thomas Izaguirre managed to snatch the ball when Camilo Covarrubias made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Graciano Teruel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Arturo Carvallo got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 93 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graciano Teruel in the 94th minute of the match.
