Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Magno Nunes got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Nunes in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Tomé Oliveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Botelho in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Caco Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Caco Guimarães. But to his dismay, Caco Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tomé Oliveira. The goal made the score 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomé Oliveira came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Nunes in the 28th minute of play. When Alfredinho Faria fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s protests and gave Alfredinho Faria a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredinho Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomé Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomé Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Donato Botelho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomé Oliveira having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomé Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Guimarães in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Albertinho de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Tomé Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tomé Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Téo Campidelis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 76th minute, Téo Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Tomé Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the game, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Magno Nunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
