Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ForestFire's Lucas Navarro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of ForestFire booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. ForestFire's Lucas Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Wilfred Pelletier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Lucas Navarro struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ForestFire. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 13th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elton Brewster kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 26 minutes, Tracy Shah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ForestFire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tracy Shah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Lucas Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lucas Navarro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lucas Navarro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tracy Shah did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 35 minutes into the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Tracy Shah lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shaki Conn narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Venezuela's Shaki Conn threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Illescas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Shaki Conn made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Lucas Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. ForestFire's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Navarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tracy Shah in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Lucas Navarro scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute Tracy Shah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shaki Conn narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
