An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Meireles in the 4th minute of play forced SimuV3's goalkeeper Rigoberto Castel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Jefferson Goiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosme Natal. 8 minutes into the match, Fabian Camerino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jefferson Goiano. Xiboquinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Camerino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Conrado Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Kaxen during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rigoberto Castel had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Hélder Meireles's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Xiboquinha FC's Hélder Meireles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rigoberto Castel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Hudson Urbano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Xiboquinha FC's Jefferson Goiano got control of the ball when Cosme Natal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Hélder Meireles made a precise shot to the right of Rigoberto Castel. SimuV3's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 29 minutes into the match, SimuV3's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Quintal came free, but Rigoberto Castel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomás Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jefferson Goiano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Camerino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 35 minute of play. With a little luck, Xiboquinha FC's Jefferson Goiano got control of the ball when Cosme Natal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, SimuV3's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Quintal came free, but Rigoberto Castel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Quintal hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cosme Natal made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Natal came free, but Jefferson Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jefferson Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Camerino in the 58th minute of play. Hélder Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélder Meireles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Castel made a huge save. Rigoberto Castel made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Hélder Meireles sent off a good shot on target. Xiboquinha FC's Hélder Meireles got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of SimuV3 booed when Xiboquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hudson Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hélder Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rigoberto Castel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joélson Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Conrado Inautzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SimuV3 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. After 89 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Quintal. 92 minutes into the game, SimuV3's Conrado Inautzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jefferson Goiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SimuV3 were victorious despite being under pressure from Xiboquinha FC for much of the match.
