After a rather tough play, SimuV3's Timoteo Bautista got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Etxatxu during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SimuV3 getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Pedro Etxatxu hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Franklin Mendes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rigoberto Castel. The goal made the score 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnaldo Baiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rigoberto Castel. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 17th minute, Conrado Inautzi made a precise shot to the right of Gil Lima. Xiboquinha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Xiboquinha FC booed when SimuV3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Inautzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rigoberto Castel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ravi Ninho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 22 minute of play. Ravi Ninho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Castel having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Carolo Kaxen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SimuV3's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xiboquinha FC the free kick. Carolo Kaxen kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Franklin Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rigoberto Castel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Tasso's late challenge caught a SimuV3's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Tasso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Norberto Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosme Natal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute André Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Castel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Timoteo Bautista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, André Meirelles took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Rigoberto Castel to make any attempt to save it.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ravi Ninho to make the kick off. Norberto Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Ravi Ninho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rigoberto Castel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 57th minute Ravi Ninho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Castel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, SimuV3's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Mendes came free, but Rigoberto Castel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, André Meirelles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xiboquinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Hélder Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hélder Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Xiboquinha FC! After a defensive mix-up in SimuV3's zone, Ravi Ninho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Castel came out of the goal and Ravi Ninho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ravi Ninho in the 78th minute of play forced SimuV3's goalkeeper Rigoberto Castel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SimuV3 getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Fabian Camerino hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, SimuV3's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Mendes came free, but Rigoberto Castel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xiboquinha FC's Norberto Tasso got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Norberto Tasso off the ground. After 82 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Tasso. Rigoberto Castel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Meirelles went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, André Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xiboquinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Meirelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Castel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Javier Sein fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SimuV3's protests and gave Javier Sein a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SimuV3's Javier Sein got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute, Franklin Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xiboquinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Xiboquinha FC had played much better football throughout.
