Conrado Inautzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Mansur Parshan made a huge save. After 31 played minutes SimuV3 got a freekick which was hit by Javier Sein. Rigoberto Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Göksel Yalaza in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, SimuV3's Fabian Camerino got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rigoberto Castel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cankut Onursal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Mantzio's late challenge caught a Erzurumspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Mantzio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Erzurumspor booed when SimuV3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position.
