Gunnar Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petros Sarantos in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Karl-Åke Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ströms Diamonds getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Yngve Lundqvist hit a great ball. When Petros Sarantos came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Seahawks V55 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petros Sarantos couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Petros Sarantos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seahawks V55 made a substitution. Iordanis Christodoulakis replaced Thomas Leontarakis. In the 32nd match minute, Ströms Diamonds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Kvalfält to maneuver through the defense. Wictor Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giotis Lazarellis having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Wictor Kielstedt rounded Seahawks V55's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petros Sarantos to strike the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Engström made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Thanos Ntaloukas sent off a good shot on target. Gunnar Engström didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Wictor Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giotis Lazarellis having to interfere. Gunnar Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petros Sarantos, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ströms Diamonds's Karl-Åke Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iordanis Christodoulakis's late challenge caught a Ströms Diamonds's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordanis Christodoulakis helped the player get up and apologised. Iordanis Christodoulakis hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Thanos Ntaloukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 88 minutes in the game Sebastian Almkvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rikard Kvalfält. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Seahawks V55 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
