The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Botero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Irinel Soneriu. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Irinel Soneriu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Botero. The S.e Cadilli players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Lutanu were winning 1-3.

The referee ignored FC Lutanu's protests and gave Ilie Cazacu a yellow card for diving instead. Bjarke Lockwood kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Irinel Soneriu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Botero in the 71st minute of the match. S.e Cadilli's Hudson Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Romaşcanu in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the S.e Cadilli defense, Yetkiner Yasun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hudson Moreira. The S.e Cadilli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hudson Moreira should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Botero in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irinel Soneriu saved FC Lutanu from getting behind. Yetkiner Yasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Hudson Moreira made a huge save. In the 92nd minute of the match FC Lutanu got a corner. S.e Cadilli's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ilie Cazacu ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Lutanu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
