The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 2nd minute by Vivaldo Carioca got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fang Hao Jing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Belmiro Veiga came out and tried to block the shot, but Fang Hao Jing slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. In the 17th minute, Vivaldo Carioca made a precise shot to the right of Belmiro Veiga. Petardo Futebol e Surf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Belmiro Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pauli Pogba in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Cane got free with Belmiro Veiga in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Percival Siqueira took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Belmiro Veiga to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as The Glorious FC's Fang Hao Jing slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Belmiro Veiga. That made the score 5-0 after 32 minutes of play. Belmiro Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fang Hao Jing in the 37th minute of play. If Fang Hao Jing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petardo Futebol e Surf's Belmiro Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Petardo Futebol e Surf from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Pauli Pogba kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Belmiro Veiga. That made the score 6-0 in the 46 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fang Hao Jing made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pauli Pogba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Belmiro Veiga. Petardo Futebol e Surf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pauli Pogba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 57th minute Vivaldo Carioca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belmiro Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petardo Futebol e Surf's Belmiro Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Johan Kjellqvist in the 62nd minute of play. Belmiro Veiga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vivaldo Carioca went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Belmiro Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Carioca in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pauli Pogba in the 69th minute of play forced Petardo Futebol e Surf's goalkeeper Belmiro Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fang Hao Jing took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmiro Veiga. Belmiro Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. 74 minutes into the game, Adrianinho Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Petardo Futebol e Surf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Glorious FC the free kick. After 74 played minutes Petardo Futebol e Surf got a freekick which was hit by Adrianinho Salles. Pauli Pogba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Belmiro Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fang Hao Jing took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmiro Veiga. Belmiro Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. At last the ball reached Pauli Pogba at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Petardo Futebol e Surf. 13-0. 87 minutes into the game, The Glorious FC's Vivaldo Carioca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Belmiro Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Petardo Futebol e Surf's Belmiro Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Škarpa in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Fang Hao Jing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belmiro Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the The Glorious FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
