An unexpectedly hard shot by Chad Smith in the 20th minute of play forced S.e Cadilli's goalkeeper Hudson Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Botero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Gigi Buffon made a huge save. S.e Cadilli's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Harasimowicz in the 24th minute. It was a well-played corner which Rene Houseman managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. S.e Cadilli's Hudson Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojtek Sokol in the 29th minute of play. If Rodrigo Botero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But to his dismay, Tonton Eren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Ajax fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigi Buffon should have stopped the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Houseman couldn't finish the play. Gigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Botero in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Ajax booed when S.e Cadilli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Botero to strike the kick off in the second half. Klement Bryk ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Klement Bryk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hudson Moreira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 74 minutes into the match, S.e Cadilli's goalkeeper Hudson Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tonton Eren. After a rather tough play, Ajax's Ignacy Grucza got a free kick in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Wojtek Sokol took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Hudson Moreira to make any attempt to save it. After 87 played minutes S.e Cadilli got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Arantes. Ajax made a substitution. Jacek Kieca replaced Wojtek Sokol. Hudson Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Kieca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ajax played a much better game than S.e Cadilli and deserved their victory. The S.e Cadilli players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
