The Curicó-Unido fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Curicó-Unido's goal looked a bit too open when Baki Salat came free, but Julio Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Tinoco was a little too slow when Baki Salat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 20th minute Román Hoefler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Inautzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Inautzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Román Hoefler in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Vargas in the 25th minute of play forced Dinamo Web Clube's goalkeeper Joaquin Inautzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Eduardo Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Inautzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Vargas in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Inautzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Visen Mattensohn got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hipolito Angeloni. After 36 minutes of play, Curicó-Unido's Eduardo Vargas made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Inautzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dinamo Web Clube's Joaquin Inautzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Román Hoefler in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match Román Hoefler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Inautzi skillfully saved the ball. The Dinamo Web Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Curicó-Unido were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baki Salat was the one to do the kick off. When Raphael Pitta fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dinamo Web Clube's protests and gave Raphael Pitta a yellow card for diving instead. Joaquin Inautzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elías Albornoz in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Dinamo Web Clube got a freekick which was hit by Mané Camargo. After 58 played minutes Dinamo Web Clube got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Pitta. Joaquin Inautzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Dinamo Web Clube booed when Curicó-Unido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umar Sundoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Curicó-Unido made a substitution. Juan Raúl Falcón replaced Visen Mattensohn. In the 69th match minute, Curicó-Unido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umar Sundoro to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Inautzi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Román Hoefler. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Angeloni got free with Joaquin Inautzi in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Curicó-Unido's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
