Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mózes Angyal charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mózes Angyal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mózes Angyal in the 17th minute of play. Csaba Kaszás's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Csaba Kaszás helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Vizsla Academy Budapest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Csaba Kaszás to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes Vizsla Academy Budapest got a freekick which was hit by Mózes Angyal. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mózes Angyal got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Honduras booed when Vizsla Academy Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mózes Angyal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibor Virág kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ágoston Gyenes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vizsla Academy Budapest getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Tibor Virág hit a great ball. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Máté Bernáth kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ágoston Gyenes was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Vizsla Academy Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Virág didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ágoston Gyenes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Csaba Kaszás got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Vizsla Academy Budapest getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Csaba Kaszás hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Vizsla Academy Budapest defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ágoston Gyenes. The Vizsla Academy Budapest fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ágoston Gyenes should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
