Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Agustín Tastzian made the kick off and thus started the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patric Isaksson came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patric Isaksson. Barrenta SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 13th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Nariman Mansourian sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fellipe Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patric Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Barrenta SC's Nariman Mansourian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-2 after 25 minutes of play. In the 36th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Barrenta SC's Fellipe Lago in the 38th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dante Lacasa was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Mexico through an amazing save. After a defensive mix-up in Barrenta SC's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patric Isaksson came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Gaona, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patric Isaksson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 56th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo do Valle to maneuver through the defense. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Patric Isaksson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 61st minute of play. Patric Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 67th minute of the match. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Patric Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Patric Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 78th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patric Isaksson. Patric Isaksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 81st minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patric Isaksson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Barrenta SC made a substitution. Urban Stenman replaced Fellipe Lago. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Barrenta SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson managed to reach the ball for a save. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Nariman Mansourian came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Mexico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
