EssenFC's 박 계 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 10th minute of play. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when 사 성 scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. After 29th play minutes 유 곽 shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from France Austria, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. 박 계 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. In the 41stth minute of the game 유 곽 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by 사 성 in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. When the referee ended the match the EssenFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
