Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isak Lundqvist started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Romanescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Julian Murillo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu did a great save. Marco van Basten kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niculae Romanescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Niculae Romanescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niculae Romanescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Tymoteusz Wierzcholek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Rolando Noboa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 26th minute of play forced CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's goalkeeper Niculae Romanescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The corner ended in Eliseo Mina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu did a great save. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco van Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Niculae Romanescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Lundqvist came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of the match. Niculae Romanescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After the first half Peru were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Marco van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tymoteusz Wierzcholek, made in the 61st minute of the game. Niculae Romanescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niculae Romanescu came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Isak Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Niculae Romanescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Romanescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 71 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michaël Guillot in the 76th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michaël Guillot in the 79th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Niculae Romanescu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isak Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Michaël Guillot got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Gallo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niculae Romanescu saved CWKS KĘDZIERZYN from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michaël Guillot during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes CWKS KĘDZIERZYN got a freekick which was hit by Michaël Guillot. Niculae Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of the match. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. When Rafael Gallo came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Gallo couldn't finish the play. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
