Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magno Nunes kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 8th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Nunes in the 12th minute of play. In the 24th minute Magno Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match Sandro Alvarenga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Campidelis in the 27th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Tomé Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. were awarded a corner. Sandro Alvarenga went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Sandro Alvarenga got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Magno Nunes. After having played for 52 minutes, Caco Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Caco Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caco Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Campideliss short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Téo Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomé Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tomé Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Téo Campidelis came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 75th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. 79 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magno Nunes. The crowd rose to their feet as Magno Nunes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-3 in the 79 minute of play. Tomé Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goalkeeper Tomé Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Nunes in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Alfredinho Faria hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
