Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ove Zachrisson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Åke Markusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Åke Markusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th match minute, Ciudad Tao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Hansson to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Ciudad Tao FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Åke Markusson. The Ciudad Tao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Åke Markusson should have stopped the shot. Adrian Kilstedt's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Kilstedt helped the player get up and apologised. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciudad Tao FC's Sven-Åke Markusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Åke Markusson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Håkan Ekström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciudad Tao FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Håkan Ekström kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Åke Markusson. Sven-Åke Markusson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Ciudad Tao FC's Adrian Kilstedt got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Åke Markusson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 59th minute Ove Zachrisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sven-Åke Markusson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ciudad Tao FC's Adrian Kilstedt got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Åke Markusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Valter Karlstedt fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciudad Tao FC's protests and gave Valter Karlstedt a yellow card for diving instead. Valter Karlstedt hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Sven-Åke Markusson made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Ciudad Tao FC's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Markusson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After having played for 75 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Felix Montes got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-7. 88 minutes into the match. Ciudad Tao FC's Sven-Åke Markusson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Ciudad Tao FC from getting a goal against them.
