In the 5th match minute, AgroVet United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Jaizki to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Paolo Gimenez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes AgroVet United got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Rosalio. With an all-out effort, AgroVet United's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Basilio Jaizki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Braulio Elivareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, AgroVet United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Mikeldi to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Eneas struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AgroVet United. Braulio Elivareo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 26th playminute. Paolo Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Jaizki came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uriel Rosalio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Paolo Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Eneas came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AgroVet United defense, Alex Cambeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Gimenez. The AgroVet United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Gimenez should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Braulio Elivareo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Eneas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AgroVet United:s goal. Panama:s Marcos Cotilla showed great skill when he stopped Casimiro Eneas:s penalty. Tomas Berganza succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Miguel Miralles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Elivareo in the 69th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Jaizki, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of AgroVet United booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the game's 77th minute AgroVet United's Casimiro Eneas took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Marcos Cotilla and thus the score was 2-2. In the 80th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Gimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Paolo Gimenez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AgroVet United.
