Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oto Jágr in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Clemente Dante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 minutes Soběslav's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Juan Sebastián Puig fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Clemente Dante quite easily take care of the ball. Clemente Dante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Soběslav's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Clemente Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Soběslav's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The Soběslav fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Dante should have stopped the shot. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Clemente Dante in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oto Jágr in the 87th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Clemente Dante made a huge save. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soběslav's goalkeeper Clemente Dante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Soběslav throughout the match.
