After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Milagros Fraga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oskar Haeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oskar Haeger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Oskar Haeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luz Tejedor went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute, Harry Forsman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingemar Stålman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Hood. Hermanö Oilers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harel Minsky in the 29th minute. Ingemar Stålman made a great header on Hermanö Oilers's corner, it was just that Peru's Rolando Noboa managed to reach the ball for a save. Harel Minsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 33 played minutes Hermanö Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Harel Minsky. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Hood in the 36th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 41st minute. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oskar Haeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milagros Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Hermanö Oilers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hermanö Oilers were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harel Minsky took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Hjalmar Askelöf heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 63 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Oskar Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Ingemar Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Stålman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Hermanö Oilers getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Fabian Ramond hit a great ball. Hermanö Oilers's Luís Eduardo Loureiro was substituted for Hjalmar Askelöf. The supporters of Peru booed when Hermanö Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 83rd minute of play. Harry Forsman hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Gallo. Peru's Eliseo Mina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oskar Haeger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jacek Zielinski kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hermanö Oilers.
