In the 5th minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Frances's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Guerau came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Marciano Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Raimundo Guerau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC 1986 Vinalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When AC 1986 Vinalito's Raimundo Guerau, in the 20th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for AC 1986 Vinalito. AC 1986 Vinalito's Richmond De Worteleere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 24th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richmond De Worteleere. AC 1986 Vinalito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Luca Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Zorita. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Jax in the 52nd minute of the match. Richmond De Worteleere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richmond De Worteleere made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th match minute, AC 1986 Vinalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pichit Mercier to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When AC 1986 Vinalito's Rodrigo Jax in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bruno Abeita made a great header on AC 1986 Vinalito's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing AC 1986 Vinalito to leave the ground with a draw.
