The long shot by Ahmet Oğuz Neşet in the 6th minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Ghislain Lajus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Ghislain Lajus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adem Ökkeş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aykutalp Hisar. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adem Ökkeş having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Porto in the 18th minute of the match. After 20 minutes of play, Kapalicarsi's Manuel Porto made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the game, Manuel Porto lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Adem Ökkeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aykutalp Hisar scored 3-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Manuel Porto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. In the 40th minute, Manuel Porto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 4-0. Manuel Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Porto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kapalicarsi getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Manuel Porto hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Porto to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Aykutalp Hisar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Porto in the 54th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Aykutalp Hisar came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Manuel Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Manuel Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Manuel Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kapalicarsi's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the game, Manuel Porto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Adem Ökkeş when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Yağızhan Ekin fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kapalicarsi's protests and gave Yağızhan Ekin a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Kapalicarsi got a freekick which was hit by Yağızhan Ekin. Kapalicarsi's Adem Ökkeş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Kapalicarsi from getting a goal against them. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Adem Ökkeş made a huge save. 78 minutes into the game, Manuel Porto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kapalicarsi made a substitution. Yalçın Hattat replaced Yağızhan Ekin. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Porto went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. If Manuel Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Porto in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Manuel Porto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
