Roman Tim Tfaruk's Mariusz Majkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Roman Tim Tfaruk's Fryderyk Lewkowicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Roman Tim Tfaruk's Antoni Derlanga got a free kick in the 15th minute. Roman Tim Tfaruk's Pawel Pan suffered a concussion after 21 minutes and had to leave the field. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Roman Tim Tfaruk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Roman Tim Tfaruk booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slawomir Walicki hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Mariusz Majkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Mariusz Majkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 35th minute of play. Fryderyk Lewkowicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Benito Sanz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 39th minute Mariusz Piechocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Roman Tim Tfaruk's Mariusz Piechocki. But to his dismay, Mariusz Piechocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Roman Tim Tfaruk's Witalis Siwy pulled a muscle in his back after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Puig during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. After 49 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Fryderyk Lewkowicz made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Lewkowicz in the 54th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Roman Tim Tfaruk's Mariusz Majkowski. Mariusz Majkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Roman Tim Tfaruk fully deserved thier win.
