Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudiu Coidum started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Coidum in the 2nd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, UFC Mahmudie's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Cristinel Vrejiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Adrian Antoniu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match UFC Mahmudie got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Denis Mardarie ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristinel Vrejiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. UFC Mahmudie's Cristinel Vrejiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save UFC Mahmudie from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudiu Coidum in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Coidum in the 27th minute of play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Claudiu Coidum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute Claudiu Coidum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Crăiniceanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octavian Crăiniceanu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Vrejiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Coidum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

UFC Mahmudie's Cristinel Vrejiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 58th minute of play. If Adrian Antoniu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Venezuela booed when UFC Mahmudie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Mardarie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UFC Mahmudie's Denis Mardarie got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC Mahmudie's Cristinel Vrejiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Claudiu Coidum 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Denis Mardarie made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Octavian Crăiniceanu. Cristinel Vrejiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, UFC Mahmudie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Coidum to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Dinu Olariu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. UFC Mahmudie were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
