After a rather tough play, The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's Reemy Ottevaere got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When Arjen Pool fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's protests and gave Arjen Pool a yellow card for diving instead. Arjen Pool kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 38 played minutes The Supersaiyan Sorcerers got a freekick which was hit by Thobias Helsens. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron De Keijser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thobias Helsens to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Aaron De Keijser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thobias Helsens couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Oséias Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. A nice corner shot did that Oséias Ceresso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 75 minutes, Rolf Van de kauter made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's Glenn Bollaert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glenn Bollaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Felix Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Glenn Bollaert. The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tudor Romanescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Supersaiyan Sorcerers's Glenn Bollaert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 91st minute of play. Glenn Bollaert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
