Roman Tim Tfaruk's Mariusz Majkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Roman Tim Tfaruk from getting a goal against them. Mariusz Majkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 8th minute of the match. If Juan Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Majkowski having to interfere. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Axel Tasis had several of the Roman Tim Tfaruk's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Mariusz Majkowski as he didn't even see the shot coming. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Pan in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Roman Tim Tfaruk were awarded a corner. Bogumil Hludzenski went to the cornerflag to take it. Roman Tim Tfaruk's Pawel Pan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Wojciech Nigbor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Fryderyk Lewkowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Witalis Siwy kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Mariusz Majkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Pawel Pan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. After 61 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Naskrent in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Kacper Naskrent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariusz Majkowski was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Tim Tfaruk's Kacper Naskrent got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. Antoni Derlanga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fryderyk Lewkowicz scored 1-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
