In the 2nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilton Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC LEMUREN's Wilton Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play. Wilton Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of play. With his leg Rolando Noboa managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when FC LEMUREN's Nemesio Rubio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 22 played minutes FC LEMUREN got a freekick which was hit by Robert Kalak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play forced FC LEMUREN's goalkeeper Wilton Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC LEMUREN's Robert Kalak got a free kick in the 28th minute. Wilton Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes FC LEMUREN got a freekick which was hit by Gilian Hofnagels. After 34 minutes FC LEMUREN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilton Cruz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Rubio got free with Rolando Noboa in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play forced FC LEMUREN's goalkeeper Wilton Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Nemesio Rubio kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 45thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Peru's keeper Rolando Noboa was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Peru's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marnix Peten 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marnix Peten in the 53rd minute of the match. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Rubio in the 60th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Kalak, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC LEMUREN's Wilton Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC LEMUREN from getting a goal against them. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After 86 minutes, Ahmet Gündüz Güleç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC LEMUREN and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ahmet Gündüz Güleç hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Marnix Peten came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC LEMUREN's Wilton Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute of play. Ahmet Gündüz Güleç made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Remi Maerschalk. Wilton Cruz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
