This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Dorin Doroftei tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paschalis Karastathis in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorin Doroftei in the 27th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Iustin Pandrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorin Doroftei in the 36th minute of the match. Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's Gigel Omescu got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Dorin Doroftei sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. A collision led to Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Codruț Bârsan hit a great ball. Dorin Doroftei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorin Doroftei, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 77th minute, Cazimir Velicu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 80thth minute of the game Dorin Doroftei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Dorin Doroftei came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorin Doroftei couldn't finish the play.
