Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Emmanuel Reyes got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Milagros Fraga. After a defensive mix-up in Dr Lecter SC's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Trevisan came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Reyes. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Efraim Gilabert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maksymilian Deput kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Trevisan. Dr Lecter SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luz Tejedor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Corneliu Dridu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Trevisan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Celso Trevisan in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Domingos Da Guía hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Luz Tejedor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Trevisan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Celso Trevisan made a huge save. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 63rd minute. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan did a great save. Dr Lecter SC's Omid Kaulbach got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dr Lecter SC's Válbson Batista. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Maksymilian Deput hit a great ball. Dr Lecter SC's attentive Tihomir Donevski managed to snatch the ball when Emmanuel Reyes made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Trevisan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Tenorio got free with Celso Trevisan in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
