Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu started the match with the kick off. Acácio Kafadar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 10th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Başesgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Eflani SK booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Alcocer in the 42nd minute of play forced Eflani SK's goalkeeper Saadettin Başesgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eflani SK's Saadettin Başesgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Saadettin Başesgi was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Axel Tasis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Axel Tasis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 56th minute, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 59 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Eflani SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Acácio Kafadar took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Saadettin Başesgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eflani SK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
