Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Costa went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 18 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olgierd Patora who took care of the corner kick. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 minutes Jurki Wrocław's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Patricio Costa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 23 minutes, Wieslaw Patora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jurki Wrocław and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Wieslaw Patora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Brudnicki in the 28th minute of play. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lukasz Papies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lukasz Papies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Jurki Wrocław getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ruben Sheehan hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marc-Stephan Paulovskis having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Papies in the 53rd minute of play. Jurki Wrocław's Lukasz Papies got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Izydor Kochowski in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Secada to maneuver through the defense. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Izydor Kochowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lukasz Papies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Papies in the 71st minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Dawid Brudnicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Tarka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Papies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Jurki Wrocław were awarded a corner. Olgierd Patora went to the cornerflag to take it. Olgierd Patora made a great header on Jurki Wrocław's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Izydor Kochowski took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Lukasz Papies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, Jurki Wrocław's Lukasz Papies made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jurki Wrocław's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
