Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Galsino, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Regis charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Regis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to TOLENGO getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Godfredo Regis hit a great ball. Simon Romero was slow to take the kick. During this time TOLENGO's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice moves Tomas Illescas could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which 严然骋 however easily saved by the left post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godfredo Regis made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Galsino went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Emanuel Galsino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Emanuel Galsino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 严然骋 having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, TOLENGO's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but 严然骋 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes TOLENGO got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Galsino. Tobias Leizarraga kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Galsino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind TOLENGO's goalkeeper 严然骋, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 严然骋 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Regis got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Venezuela's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
