Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Julio Vera was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Cristiano Correia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristiano Correia really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 46 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Temperley's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Ioan Voicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Temperley's Hermengildo Raymon got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ioan Voicu when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
