Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldo Cristi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Doffes Damer got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Cristi. In the 7th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Cristi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Utfal in the 9th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Utfal came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Doffes Damer's Ronaldo Cristi, in the 15th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Doffes Damer. USA were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Doffes Damer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 19th minute. Greid Tinsmith made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 22nd minute of play. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Doffes Damer from getting a goal against them. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Cristi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo Cristi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, USA's Monty Rogers got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 45th minute of play. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 50th minute of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Vedholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Doffes Damer's Marco Day threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Göran Vedholm, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Doffes Damer's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herbert Wincek in the 65th minute. The corner led to Doffes Damer's Ronaldo Cristi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greg Barrera got free with Marco Day in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Greg Barrera took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Marco Day to make any attempt to save it. After 74 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herbert Wincek who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Herbert Wincek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inge Braa struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doffes Damer. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Göran Vedholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Inge Braa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Greg Barrera in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greg Barrera got free with Marco Day in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Baker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carl Nordlander hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Greid Tinsmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
