Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edgardo Silva got the match started through his kick off. After 6 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Ye Gang Cheng. Peru's Luz Tejedor got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Roman Major with Edgardo Silva as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Milagros Fraga however managed to control. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremy Nicholas having to interfere. After 30 minutes New England Minas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Eliseo Mina heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tony Pacheco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Roman Major threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save New England Minas from getting a goal against them. New England Minas's Tio Lio was substituted for Alperen Öksüz. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ye Gang Cheng in the 57 minute of the game. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. 60 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ye Gang Cheng, made in the 66th minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tio Lio in the 69th minute of the match. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Milagros Fraga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeremy Nicholas. That made the score 1-2 in the 74 minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Ye Gang Cheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Nordmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. 90 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Pacheco came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Eliseo Mina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremy Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.
