In the 19th minute Ziemowit Wnukowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 26 minutes in the game Piotr Jarek did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rafal Jandryca. In the 33rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Sobania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Sobania showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ziemowit Wnukowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jaroslaw Kowalski made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Iwan Pieprz however managed to control. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Gustaw Sobania skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Gustaw Sobania didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Piotr Jarek's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Piotr Jarek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, Srebrny Grom DK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Jarek to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Wnukowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
