Haisenberg Dolar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Haisenberg Dolar came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Clube Audax Metropolitano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haisenberg Dolar couldn't finish the play. Santo Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 10th minute of play. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Santo Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Haisenberg Dolar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clube Audax Metropolitano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudinho Quadros in the 20th minute. Santo Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Cyryl Dziechciowski put in a rough tackle. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th minute, Haisenberg Dolar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Audax Metropolitano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. If Haisenberg Dolar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maicon Mattos went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Pedro Prestes was substituted for Claudinho Quadros. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Emanuel Esteves with Pedro Prestes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 83rd minute of the match, Abram Secada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santo Lano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 84th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Kevin Mastache went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Kevin Mastache got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santo Lano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 88th minute Bjørn Ironside shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bjørn Ironside's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Audax Metropolitano's Bjørn Ironside. But to his dismay, Bjørn Ironside quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Abram Secada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Secada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Lano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clube Audax Metropolitano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
